Dream wedding packages start at $25K for 50 guests (tired pricing is based on guest count and add-ons, inquire with us for a custom price based on what you estimate your guest count will be and what great extras you would like to add on!)
Mountainside is the perfect size for any wedding. Whether you are hosting a small, intimate event or a large-scale party, Mountainside works beautifully for all sized gatherings! We help you with all logistics for your party size- from the flow of the day to the reception layouts and ceremony sites that will work the best for your size of wedding
As one of the few all inclusive wedding venues in Montana, we boast that you can show up the week of your wedding, hand over the reins, and not have to lift a finger the rest of the weekend (except your ring finger!). While you still need to hire out all of your other vendors, we take care of the rest to ensure your wedding day is as easy as loving each other
With a limited amount of weddings per year- both due to being an outdoor venue in Northwest Montana, as well as our promise to be exclusively yours for the week of your wedding with all of our prep, planning, and decorating- dates fill up fast! Beauty in the details
There is nothing we love more than creating a visually stunning event for our wedding couples. Since we do all of your decorating for you, our process is much different than other venues. In the months leading up to your wedding, we invite you on site for a décor “playdate” where we set up example tablescapes for you to play with, customized specifically for you according to your likes and tastes. We go through our décor options that are available to you so you can pick and choose what you would like to use: from signs to candle holders, decorative boxes and baskets, to accessories and silk flowers- we have a little bit of everything! From there, we can help guide you with any additional items that you may choose to order to fill out the details
Vendor Recommendations
Western Montana is one of the best places to get married in Montana, and therefore has a LOT of wedding vendors! It can be tough to know where to start. When you book with us, one of the first things we send you is our Like, Know and Trust list. We have vendors listed that we have hand selected who know our property and that we love working with for each category- catering, photography, flowers, and more. While you can choose to hire anyone that you want, our list is a great place to start!

Cocktail Hour at the Boathouse
Our most popular add on is cocktail hour at the boathouse! We love the extra extension of the party and the natural flow that it creates between your ceremony and the reception. On a gorgeous lawn right next to the pond, we set up cocktail tables and have a second bar set up for your guests. Use this extra time to finish up your family photos or take a special moment for yourselves right after your ceremony
Wedding Weekend
With our fully customizable options, the sky is the limit to adding on additional parties and receptions for you and your guests. Want us to set up a fancy rehearsal dinner? Maybe a casual welcome party? Possibly a day after brunch? We can even give advice and help coordinate a Glacier National Park wedding photo shoot of your dreams!
